1. Does Globalstreetculture make other clothing apart from the ones on the website?

     At the moment, we only make the available type of clothing currently available on the website. These include tees, hoodies, shorts, pants, stickers, etc. However, we add other collections often. Please, subscribe to our newsletters found at the bottom of the homepage to stay updated.

     2.  Where do you ship from, and where are your products made?

     Globalstreetculture distributes out of Utah. All our products are now produced here at our studio. All our luxury garments are produced in Spain then shipped to our studio for manufacturing/fulfillment.

     3. What if a product is sold out?

     If a product is sold out, it will never be restocked again. Sign up for our newsletters, which we will use to update you on product availability and new products. 

     4. Are your products for both sexes?

     All our tees and hoodies are unisex. However, the shorts are custom-made for males. 

      5. How do I pick my size?

    All products have size charts provided in the description area to determine your best need. If models are used in the product photos we always list the corresponding weight, hight, and size the model is wearing. All garments are made of 100% cotton and are pre-shrunk 0-3%. Also, our garments are a boxy fit, drop shoulder, and cut for streetwear. Down size if you want a more standard fit.

      6. How can I exchange or replace a product?

     Simply reach out to us via info@globalstreetculture.net to make an exchange or replacement request. Please, be aware that Globalstreetculture will only grant your exchange or replacement request if one or more of the following happens:

• The product you wish to exchange is defective from the factory
• The color does not match the color you placed an order for
• The wrong size according the the order placed

    Also, we ask that you keep the packaging of the product you wish to exchange intact. We will not grant your request to make an exchange or replace a product if you damage the product or packaging. 

      7. How much does it cost to ship my order?

 We offer $8.99 base shipping rate! Faster shipping methods are available at checkout, along with international shipping options!

ANY orders over $99.99 will receive free shipping! 

      8. When will my order be delivered?

     The delivery date of your order will take between 2–3 days. Depending on your location within the United States. 

     9. Does Globalstreetculture ship worldwide?

      Yes! International shipping is available!

      10. How do I track the status of my order?

     Upon the confirmation of your order, the order details and a tracking number will be provided to you via your submitted email address. The tracking number can be used to track your order on the USPS website. A link to assess the website will also be provided in the email. 

      11. Does Globalstreetculture offer bonuses and giveaways?
